Karl-Henrik Sundström has been named chairman of the board at Tracklib, the music sample creation and licensing platform, it was announced Wednesday (Jan. 29). Sundström had previously been involved with the company as an early investor.
“We’re excited to have Karl-Henrik join and lead our board,” said Tracklib CEO Pär Almqvist in a statement. “His business expertise in a wide range of industries will prove invaluable as Tracklib matures as a company.”
Sundström is a member of the board at Mölnlycke and tech hardware manufacturers NXP, chairman of the tax delegation for Swedish Business and Commerce and member of the board of the Marcus Wallenberg Foundation. From 2014-2019 he was CEO of the European paper corporation Stora Enso, a company he joined in 2012. Prior to that he was CFO at both NXP Semiconductors and Ericcson.
